ANNA LENTINI

My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my science background, led me to become a certified personal trainer. Fitness allows us to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle and is here to be enjoyed!

As a passionate Personal trainer, my role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programs. I have three children and although balancing family and a career may be tough sometimes I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important.

Becoming a Pilates instructor has transformed the way I conduct my workouts and training sessions, helping clients achieve their results in a way that is sustainable and lifelong.

Bachelor Of Applied Science (UNSW), Cert III & IV Fitness, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Pre & Post Pregnancy Pilates, Boxing & Yoga.

Fitness is not just about achieving physical goals, it can help you be more productive during the day, increase energy levels and improve mood! I have a desire to motivate people to achieve their goals and help create sustainable healthy habits.

My love for fitness and health has also led me to study a Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Sydney.
